CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We pride ourselves on our service to our customers and consider it a very important part of your solution. At Flow Software, knowing each customer's needs are different, we offer support for our products and services in a variety of ways.

Telephone Training

We offer phone support and training to all of our customers. This can be done on a 1 on 1 basis or as a conference call.

Onsite Training

Onsite training is offered to all our customers for their employees. As with telephone training, these sessions can be done either 1 on 1 or in a classroom setting.

Flow HelpDesk

Online support is offered via our Flow HelpDesk application. This application allows us to remotely view and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the work day.

Onsite Analysis, Consulting and Programming

The best way for us to understand our customers is to see what they do, how they do it and where they do it. This allows us to see the day to day operations of your buisness and how best to approach building a software solution to fit your companies needs. This also allows us to gather feedback and implement any changes more quickly.
